Shingle Roof Installer

We’re hiring experienced shingle roofers who take pride in clean installs and watertight finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Remove and install asphalt shingle roofing systems
Follow safety protocols on sloped roofs
Maintain clean, organized job sites
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

Roofing experience (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
Ability to work at heights and handle roofing materials

Metal Roof Installer

Skilled in standing seam and corrugated systems? Join our team to install long-lasting metal roofs.

Key Responsibilities:

Install custom-fit metal panels and flashing
Read plans and measurements for custom roofs
Ensure clean, secure, weather-tight installations

Requirements:

Previous experience with metal roofing systems
Comfort using bending/braking tools and power shears
Keen attention to detail and finish work

Window Installer

Precision and care are essential in our window installations, and we’re looking for installers who value both.

Key Responsibilities:

Remove and install residential windows (vinyl, wood, composite)
Ensure energy-efficient, air-tight seals
Caulk and trim with clean, finished results
Handle glass safely and professionally

Requirements:

Experience with replacement window installations
Comfortable using leveling tools and working on ladders
Excellent measuring and adjustment skills

Siding Installer

From James Hardie to vinyl siding, we’re looking for skilled installers who can deliver durable, attractive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Install fiber cement, wood, or vinyl siding
Work on ladders and scaffolding with safety in mind
Trim windows and doors cleanly and evenly
Follow layout plans and product specs

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with siding systems
Familiarity with tools and safety best practices
Ability to lift and carry materials

Home Improvement Salesperson

If you're great at connecting with homeowners and offering real solutions, we have the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home or virtual consultations
Educate clients about roofing, siding, and window options
Prepare estimates and manage follow-ups
Close deals and maintain CRM records

Requirements:

Home improvement or roofing industry sales experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to manage leads and schedule efficiently
Reliable transportation and a professional appearance

Bookkeeper / Accounting Assistant

Join our office support team and help keep the financial side of TRG Exteriors running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Track accounts payable/receivable and client invoices
Reconcile bank transactions and help manage job budgets
Assist with payroll, insurance claims, and reporting
Support project managers and the admin team

Requirements:

Experience using Xero, QuickBooks, or other accounting software
Strong attention to detail and communication
Construction or service-industry background a plus
Able to handle multiple ongoing projects with deadlines
